Reception

You are active in the heart of the house act positively and charmingly as the first business card to guests, partners and suppliers.

At the reception you carry the following responsibilities: check-in and check-out, looking after and advising guests during their stay, accounting, processing of offers and reservations by mail and telephone, general organization around the hotel, occasional support of the restaurant team in lunch and/or dinner service.

Housekeeping & Portier

Housekeepers and Portiers are the real “keepers of the house”. Eye for detail, team work, efficiency, and being able to properly manage time is a key skill needed to ensure you complete all tasks on time. You make it look easy and effortless for our guests.

Tasks in housekeeping include: cleaning guestrooms mid-stay and after departure, making beds, replacing dirty linens and towels, restocking guestroom amenities and create decorations for special occasions. Tasks as a Portier include: supporting other teams, execute small repairs, maintenance and cleaning work, drive shuttles, maintain the technical equipment.

Kitchen

Balancing between being an artist and a team player, working in the kitchen requires a wide sets of skills.

Beside creating new dishes and look for new flavours your jobs includes the following: bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods. Present, garnish and arrange final dishes. Occasionally present food to the guests. Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes.

Service

Working in service, you are in the front row with the guests.

Your job is to welcome, advise and assist guests during their meals. You are also operating the cash register,
taking orders, serving & clearing away meals, do the “mise-en-place” and  perform cleaning duties.
