Our chef Paul Cabayé has a deep love and respect for the local environment and its rich culinary traditions. He sources the freshest, highest-quality ingredients from nearby areas, and incorporates local herbs and flowers to infuse each dish with the unique flavors of the alps. While his cuisine is rooted in the alpine traditions, our chef also brings a touch of French finesse to each dish. The menu is thoughtfully crafted to showcase the freshest seasonal ingredients, with a focus on sustainable practices and minimizing waste.

We offer a “Petit Glacier” À-La-Carte menu served in the lounge or terrace, with regionally sourced products, in an informal and relaxed atmosphere that is warm and welcoming. Our satisfying dishes are perfect for anyone who wants to squeeze in a quick lunch or relaxed dinner.
Take time to explore our bar & lounge menu, which invites you to rediscover classic cocktails, top-notch craft gins, and whiskies, or well-known champagnes. We’ll serve you drinks at the bar, by the fireplace, or on the mountain-facing terrace. Our menu has an extensive range of high-quality whiskies for connoisseurs of a good single malt.

Our wine cellar was just renovated. This room is also available for private events and can accommodate up to 15 people standing for a drink reception. Surprise your employees, colleagues, friends and relatives with an extraordinary lunch or dinner in the hotel wine cellar, and let us spoil you!
