Our chef Jonas Messer takes pride in regional, seasonal sourcing, and our creative menu is inspired by our love of travel and new flavours.
The restaurant at Hotel Glacier can cater to vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free requirements.

Making the most of what is seasonal and region, and putting imaginative spins on the finest ingredients, our menu is inspired by our love of travel. Head chef Jonas Messer and his team work their culinary magic in the kitchen, creating unique taste sensations in ingredient-driven dishes big on flavour and beautifully presented. Glacier Restaurant is open to guests and non-guests. Ice-inspired lights illuminate the chic, blue-toned interior, with huge windows opening up the view of Eiger North Face. On fine days, our terrace offers ringside views of the mountains.

We’ll serve you drinks at the bar, by the fireplace or on the mountain-facing terrace. Our menu has an extensive range of high-quality whiskies for connoisseurs of a good single malt.

We offer a quick, casual, inexpensive lunch, with regionally sourced products, in an informal and relaxed atmosphere that is warm and welcoming. Our satisfying dishes are perfect for anyone who wants to squeeze in a quick lunch before heading back to the office or up a mountain.

It’s the ideal space for working, networking or simply taking time out to unwind.

Where there is no wine, there is no love.
Relive the highlights of your day over a nice glass of wine. An aperitif in our highly atmospheric wine cellar is a special experience. We’d love to welcome you for a complimentary aperitif with a selection of homemade canapés that bring out the delicate aromas of each wine.
This room is also available for private events and can accommodate up to 10 people for a sit-down meal or up to 15 people standing for a drink reception.
