Start your day with our daily generous breakfast buffet with warm crispy rösti or fresh smoothie served in the restaurant. When the sun shines, we welcome you on our terrasse for a quick lunch, long “apero” or our favorite home-made ice-cream.
Following our passion for drinks, let us surprise you with our curated events around wine or champagne, or with a guest chef to delight the most distinguished palates.
In the evening we’re popping the corks and laying the table for a modern fine dining experience, distinguished with 15 GaultMillau points.

Awarded 15 GaultMillau points, our chef Robert Steuri created a menu with produce sourced as locally as possible. Almost all our dishes start with homemade base-products and are adapted to the seasons. Several dishes include preparation steps like fermentation, smoking or dry-ageing. These processes take often more than a month and only then the kitchen team can start their magic.

We offer a small À-La-Carte menu served in the lounge or terrace, with regionally sourced products, in an informal and relaxed atmosphere that is warm and welcoming. Our satisfying dishes are perfect for anyone who wants to squeeze in a quick lunch from 12:00 until 17:00.
Take time to explore our bar & lounge menu, which invites you to rediscover classic cocktails, top-notch craft gins and whiskies or well-known champagnes. We’ll serve you drinks at the bar, by the fireplace or on the mountain-facing terrace. Our menu has an extensive range of high-quality whiskies for connoisseurs of a good single malt.

Our wine cellar is currently under renovation. This room is also available for private events and can accommodate 4-8 people for a sit-down meal or up to 15 people standing for a drink reception.
